The Coyote Cafe's humble beginnings date back to 1989. It all started in an old "hole-in-the-wall" beach house on 22nd Street between Atlantic and Pacific Avenues at the oceanfront. The restaurant grew from six kitchen seats and a few sidewalk tables to include eight additional tables and a fireplace. Soon after, the cantina was added next door.
As word spread of the fabulous food and marvelous margaritas, we soon realized it was time for more space and more parking. In 1996, Coyote Cafe moved to its current location on Laskin Road. In November of 2007 we re-opened after a remodel. An ice rail built into the new bar and a water wall are just a couple additions we know you'll enjoy! After 19 years, the Coyote Cafe still produces the most consistently delicious foods using only the finest meats, fish and produce.
